RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you're not satisfied (no buzz, leaks, bad taste, etc) with your order (here or via Amazon), we have a simple policy:

1. Let us try to resolve your concern first - we can offer tips or alternative uses for the product.
2. If you're still not satisfied after troubleshooting with our team, we offer our Lifetime No-Risk Guarantee:
   • Refund of up to $150 for products you've already opened
   • Plus a full unlimited refund for any unopened products you return to us (we provide a free shipping back label)
   • No time limit - our guarantee never expires
   

NOTE: Expedited and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

USA Returns (if applicable)

Please do NOT "Return to Sender" your order, as it will get lost.  We will send a return label (required), and refund you once:

1. The return is dropped off to be sent back AND
2. You text the drop off is completed (don't assume we know when it comes in)

The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card, usually within one business day. Sometimes it takes 1 or 2 days to show up on your card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via text.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have leaked (dents are expected). If you need to exchange it for another item, send us a text. 

Got Leak?

Sending heavy liquid across the country will result in denting. We don't refund for dents but we refund 150% for leaked cans. So if 4 leak, we refund like it was 6! So the more leaks the more you win! But seriously, sorry about that, let us know via text. The 150% is limited to $25 above the actual leak refund amount.
